在精神科实习的本科护生安防意识调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解护理专业本科生精神科实习时的安防意识状况及其影响因素,为精神科或医院对实习生进行安全教育提供参考依据。方法自行设计制定精神科实习护生安防意识评判标准,对衡阳市某高校2016、2017级共180名实习护生进行调查,调查内容包括实习护生的基本资料和安防意识现状。结果精神科实习护生安防意识总分为(64.41±5.124)分,其中,“精神科实习有必要做好安全防护”一项得分最高,为(4.88±0.322)分;“处理精神病患者发生的紧急情况没有很大压力”一项得分最低,为(3.11±0.921)分。影响护生精神科实习安防意识的显著因素有“去精神科实习前是否接受过相关培训”和“是否喜欢护理专业”(P<0.05)。结论护理专业本科生的精神科实习安全意识水平较高,且与实习前培训和对护理专业是否喜欢密切相关。需要进一步加强实习前安防培训,培养护生对护理专业的专业认同度,以增强其实习安全防护意识,以降低实习过程中意外事故的发生概率。Objective To understand the safety awareness and its influencing factors of nursing undergraduates in psychiatric practice,and to provide reference for safety education for interns in psychiatric departments or hospitals.Methods Self-designed evaluation criteria for safety awareness of psychiatric nursing students were established.A total of 180 nursing students of grade 2016 and 2017 in a university in Hengyang were investigated,including the basic information of nursing students and the current situation of safety awareness.Results The total score of safety awareness of nursing students in psychiatric practice was(64.41±5.124),among which the score of"it is necessary to do safety protection in psychiatric practice"was the highest,which was(4.88±0.322).The lowest score was(3.11±0.921)for"there is no great pressure to deal with the emergency of mental patients".The significant factors affecting the safety awareness of nursing students in psychiatric practice are"whether they have received relevant training before going to psychiatric practice"and"whether they like nursing major"(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing undergraduates have a high level of safety awareness in psychiatric practice,which is closely related to pre-practice training and whether they like nursing.It is necessary to further strengthen the pre-practice security training,cultivate nursing students'professional recognition of nursing specialty,enhance their awareness of safety protection in practice,and reduce the probability of accidents during practice.
