摘　　要：黑龙江省在高等教育事业发展机制中强调要与经济社会发展相适应、保持纯洁性、责任感和使命感,确保高等教育保持正确发展方向。新时代下考虑高等教育投资和人才培养方式,探索黑龙江省高等教育新模式。在实现黑龙江省高等教育发展的过程中,要把握以培养社会主义接班人和建设者为方向,始终以服务人民为核心理念,全面提升和挖掘高等教育服务发展能力,打造新时期高水平师资队伍,为高等教育事业提供强有力的保障。In the development mechanism of higher education in Heilongjiang province,it is emphasized to adapt to the economic and social development,maintain purity,sense of responsibility and sense of mission,and ensure the correct development direction of higher education.In the new era,new Internet technology should be integrated,higher education investment and talent training methods should be considered,and a new model of higher education in Heilongjiang Province should be explored.In the process of realizing the development of higher education in Heilongjiang province,to grasp the direction for cultivating socialist successors and builders,has always been to serve the people is the core idea,comprehensive promotion and mining development of higher education service ability,create high levels of teachers in the new period,various departments work together at the same time,the party making comprehensive leadership,provide strong guarantee for higher education cause.
