摘　　要：高职院校体育课程中蕴含丰富的思政元素,在课程中挖掘和融入思政元素有重要意义,它对于培养全面发展的社会主义接班人、充分渗透新时代思想的精神、完善体育课程体系等都十分重要。体育课程本身就蕴含着"立德树人""家国情怀"等思政元素,要将它们挖掘出来,首先教师要提升自身的思政素养,不断完善自身,此外还要改革体育课程的教学内容、创新教学方法,这样才能在体育课程中将思政元素深度融合。At present, the ideological and political elements contained in the physical education curriculum of higher vocational colleges are still lacking. It is of great significance to excavate and integrate the ideological and political elements into the curriculum, which is very important for cultivating all-round socialist successors, fully infiltrating the spirit of the new era, and improving the physical education curriculum system. Physical education curriculum itself contains ideological and political elements such as "moral education", "family and country feelings". To dig them out,teachers should first improve their ideological and political literacy and constantly improve themselves. In addition, they should also reform the teaching contents and innovate teaching methods of physical education courses, so as to deeply integrate ideological and political elements into physical education courses.
