In the“double first-class”construction,first-class talent training is the most important goal. And the cultivation of first-class talents, the most fundamental measure depending on the formation of“following the tour”relationship between teachers and students in universities. The so-called“following the tour”relationship is the synthesis of the factors such as the students’ self-consciously following the teachers in the daily practice of the school, and the vigorous interaction with the teachers, teachers and students share the relaxed mental state and so on. This relationship state not only plays an important role in the formation of students’ perfect knowledge structure and the improvement of their thinking ability, but also plays an indispensable role in the cultivation of students’ morality. In order to make“following the tour”relationship between teachers and students from ideal to reality,it is necessary to gather a group of teachers who are good models for students intellectually and morally, students have the consciousness to improve their personal quality, increase the opportunities for teachers and students to contact after class, the school has enough free mental space, close relationship between teachers and students.
