摘 要:工匠精神作为一种在质量和技艺上追求精益求精、尽善尽美的精神,包含着敬业、严谨、创新等可贵品质,在高职院校实现职业技能与工匠精神融合的人才培养模式探索对于高职院校可持续发展具有重要意义。本文从高职扩招背景下职业技能与工匠精神相融合的意义入手,分析了高职院校职业技能与工匠精神相融合的现状,从校园文化、校企合作模式、师资队伍建设、教学课程体系构建等方面,探索职业技能与工匠精神融合的人才培养新模式。Craftsman spirit,as a spirit of pursuing excellence and perfection in quality and skills,contains valuable qualities such as dedication,preciseness and innovation.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges to explore the talent training mode of integrating vocational skills with craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the significance of the integration of vocational skills and craftsmanship spirit under the background of Higher Vocational enrollment expansion,this paper analyzes the status quo of the integration of vocational skills and craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,and explores the new talent training mode of the integration of vocational skills and craftsmanship spirit from the aspects of campus culture,school enterprise cooperation mode,construction of teaching staff,construction of teaching curriculum system,etc.
