摘 要:近年来,医疗水平不断提高,但医患矛盾却逐渐增多,患者的就医体验也没有得到相应的提升。医患矛盾的起因多在于医患之间的对话,因此要改善医患关系、缓解医患矛盾,分析医患之间的对话就显得尤为重要。该文通过Fairclough的三维框架理论对医患会话中医患地位是否平等展开讨论,从而揭示出其中医患不平等的对立关系,并为缓解医患矛盾、改善医患关系提出建议。Recently,doctor-patient conflicts have increasingly appeared in the developing society,owing to the unsatisfying medical experience of the patients.It seems particularly important to analyze the doctor-patient dialogue to improve doctor-patient relationship which could resolve medical disputes and ease the conflicts.This paper aims to analyze and discuss the doctor-patient in the conversations within Fairclough's three-dimensional framework,which reveals the inequality between the doctors and the patients,thus making suggestions on how to improve doctor-patient relationship.
