摘　　要：选取国内排名前30所的高校图书馆,通过发送QQ邮箱、查看微信公众号、浏览高校图书馆官网、咨询相关馆员的方式,对高校图书馆的信息服务模式进行研究。通过研究总结出国内高校图书馆信息服务建设存在的问题主要有学科服务形式尚不完备、数字图书馆新技术未得到广泛运用、学科馆员队伍和学科服务内容有待完善、未对用户隐私给予足够重视,针对以上问题提出建议,以期为图书馆建设提供宝贵经验。Select the top 30 libraries in the country,and send information on the QQ library,WeChat official account,browse the official website of University Library and consult the relevant librarians.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the information service construction of domestic university libraries,including the incomplete form of subject service,the new technology of digital library has not been widely used,the subject librarian team and subject service content need to be improved,and the user privacy has not been given enough attention.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,in order to provide valuable experience for library construction.
