山长负责制对现代大学教授治学的启示

摘　　要：书院作为我国古代的一种教育组织形式,虽离现代较为久远,但其管理模式仍有借鉴价值,特别是早期书院的山长负责管理体制。该文通过对古代书院山长负责制的由来及其存在原因的阐述,论证现代高校进行教授治学的可行性,并提出其对实现教授治学理念的具体对策。As a special form of educational organization in ancient,the academy is far from modern times,but its management mode is still of reference value,especially the principal-full-responsibility system.This paper demonstrates the feasibility of professors'academic governance in modern colleges and universities by expounding the reasons for the principal-full-responsibility system,and puts forward its concrete countermeasures to realize the professors'academic governance.
