经济压力导致一般心理问题的心理咨询报告--基于某高校理工科专业大二学生个案

摘　　要：来访者性别男,20岁,理工科专业大二学生,通过学校的困难生认定,在一个月前家里又突发严重的经济问题,出现了失眠、入睡困难、尿频的生理障碍,伴有情绪低落、内心紧张的心境障碍,通过心理咨询,判断为一般心理问题,主要采用认知疗法、行为疗法和认知行为疗法,分3次咨询对其进行心理咨询,帮助其改变不合理认知,重建良好的反应模式,消除了负性情绪和不良躯体反应,激发他的自我发展潜能。The visitor,male,20 years old,is a sophomore majoring in science and engineering.According to the school's students with difficulties,he had a sudden and serious economic problem at home one month ago.He had some physiological disorders such as insomnia,difficulty in falling asleep,frequent urination,and mood disorder accompanied by depression and tension.Through psychological consultation,he was judged as a general psychological problem,mainly using cognitive therapy and behavior Therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy,three times of counseling to help him change his irrational cognition,rebuild a good reaction mode,eliminate negative emotions and adverse physical reactions,and stimulate his self-development potential.
