摘 要:针对某轻型客车开发过程中存在加速轰鸣噪声问题,对整车传递路径以及响应进行分析,确定轰鸣噪声由车身前保横梁的约束模态与发动机二阶激励共振引起。运用计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真软件对车身前保横梁进行分析,提出局部加强的优化方案,并结合动力吸振器弱化问题频率的能量,实现对加速轰鸣问题的优化,基于优化方案进行整车验证。结果表明,加速过程中轰鸣噪声得到显著的优化,有效提升车内加速噪声的主观感受。In view of the acceleration booming problem in the development of a light bus,the transmission path and response of the vehicle were analyzed,and it was determined that the booming noise was caused by the constraint mode of the front retaining beam and the second-order excitation resonance of the engine.Computer aided engineering(CAE)simulation software was used to analyze the front retaining beam,and the optimization scheme of local strengthening was proposed.Combined with the energy of the frequency of weakening problem of dynamic vibration absorber,the optimization of accelerated booming problem was realized.The vehicle was verified based on the optimization scheme,and the results showed that the booming noise was significantly optimized during the acceleration process,which effectively improved the subjective perception of the interior acceleration noise.
