摘 要:随着我国科学技术的不断发展,我国的工业技术水平得到了快速的提升。近年来,在科学技术的带动下,工业机器人在工业领域开始有广泛的应用,在操作人员的引导下可以更好地完成相应的工作内容。但机器人对外界的感知能力不足,不能根据外界环境变化做出调整,需要导航技术对其进行引导,而计算机视觉系统是应用比较广泛的导航系统。计算机视觉系统在工业机器人上的应用,可以通过相应的系统进行图像采集、分析、计算处理,根据图像处理结果来实现对机器人的导航,让机器人更好的随外界环境变化及时做出调整,让机器人更加灵活,提高机器人的外界适应性,更好地满足工业生产要求。With the continuous development of China's science and technology,China's industrial technology level has been rapidly improved.In recent years,driven by science and technology,industrial robots have been widely used in the industrial field.Under the guidance of operators,they can better complete the corresponding work content.However,the robot's perception of the outside world is insufficient and can not make adjustments according to the changes of the outside environment.It needs navigation technology to guide it,and computer vision system is a widely used navigation system.The application of computer vision system in industrial robot can carry out image acquisition,analysis,calculation and processing through the corresponding system,realize the navigation of the robot according to the image processing results,make the robot better adjust in time with the changes of the external environment,make the robot more flexible,improve the external adaptability of the robot,and better meet the requirements of industrial production.
