摘 要:随着社会与时代的不断发展,人们越来越重视医学技术发展与自身健康保健等问题,各公立医院更是加大了人才引进与人才培养的投入,旨在提升医院核心竞争力,为大众提供更加优质的医疗保健服务。人力资源是医院运营发展的核心资源,只有具备较高专业水平与综合素质的人才才能够促进医院的持续发展。公立医院应总结自身在人力资源管理工作中存在的问题,明确外部人才引进的目的,完善人才引进机制以及人才培养机制,为医院的医务工作人员提供更多学习与提升的机会,实现共同进步与发展。文章将总结当前公立医院人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出医院人才引进与培养的相关策略,以供参考。With the continuous development of society and the times, people pay more and more attention to the development of medical technology and their own health care. Public hospitals have increased the investment in talent introduction and talent training in order to enhance the core competitiveness of hospitals and provide more high-quality medical and health services for the public. Human resources are the core resources of hospital operation and development. Only talents with high professional level and comprehensive quality can promote the sustainable development of the hospital. Public hospitals should summarize their own problems in human resource management, clarify the purpose of external talent introduction, improve the talent introduction mechanism and talent training mechanism, provide more opportunities for medical staff to learn and improve, and achieve common progress and development. This paper will summarize the problems existing in the current human resource management of public hospitals, and put forward the relevant strategies for the introduction and training of hospital talents for reference.
