摘　　要：绿色发展是保护和加强生态系统的生产和更新能力,实现生态持续性的一种可持续发展模式。作为绿色发展的理论依据,针对特定地域的生态承载力及生态足迹的测算能够反映出区域生态经济系统的现状。通过优化并协同应用生态足迹模型与能值生态足迹模型,分账户分析2013—2019年辽宁省生态经济系统的现状。结果显示生物账户人均生态赤字在-0.19~-0.32公顷间变化;能源账户人均生态赤字均值约为-5.53公顷;污染账户人均固态废弃物生态赤字均值约为-0.000 035公顷,人均废水生态赤字在-0.114 9~-0.136 8公顷间变化。万元GDP生态足迹始终大于1。整体处于严重不可持续发展状态。Green development is a sustainable development model to protect and strengthen the production and renewal capacity of ecosystem and realize ecological sustainability.As the theoretical basis of green development,the calculation of ecological carrying capacity and ecological footprint for specific regions can reflect the current situation of regional ecological economic system.This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological economic system in Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2019 by optimizing and jointly applying ecological footprint model and emergy ecological footprint model.The absolute value of per capita ecological deficit in biological account varies from 0.19 hm~2 to 0.32 hm~2;The average per capita ecological deficit of energy account is about-5.53 hm~2;The average ecological deficit of solid waste per capita in the pollution account is about-0.000035 hm~2,and the ecological deficit of wastewater per capita varies from-0.114 9 hm~2 to-0.136 8 hm~2.The ecological footprint per 10 000 yuan GDP is always greater than 1.The whole is in a state of serious unsustainable development.
