摘  要:为制备分散稳定的微米1,1-二氨基-2,2-二硝基乙烯(FOX-7)喷雾干燥前驱体悬浮液,采用单因素和正交试验对微米FOX-7喷雾干燥悬浮液的制备条件进行优化,研究了悬浮液固含量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、超声功率、超声时间和温度对前驱体悬浮液中微米FOX-7分散稳定性的影响,以沉降试验和吸光度法为表征手段考察了悬浮液的分散稳定性,并讨论了影响因素对悬浮液分散状态的影响机制。结果表明,4种影响因素对悬浮液分散稳定性影响顺序从大到小依次为:搅拌速度>超声时间>搅拌时间>超声功率;在固含量为2%~4%、搅拌速度为600r/min、搅拌时间为20min、温度为25℃,超声功率和时间分别为300W和15min的条件下,微米FOX-7在前驱体悬浮液中可实现较好的分散稳定性。To prepare micron-sized 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene(FOX-7)spraydring precursor suspension with good dispersion stability,the optimization of the preparation conditions of micron-sized FOX-7 spray drying suspensions was conducted by using the single-factor and orthogonal tests.The effects of solid content of suspension,stirring velocity,stirring time,ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time and temperature on the dispersion stability of micron-sized FOX-7 in precursor were investigated.The dispersion stability of the suspension was illustrated by sedimentation experiment and spectrophotometer method.The mechanism of influencing factors on the dispersion stability of the suspension was discussed.The results show that four influencing factors on the dispersion stability of suspensions are in descending order:stirring velocity>ultrasonic time>stirring time>ultrasonic power.The micron-sized FOX-7 can achieve good dispersion stability in the precursor under the conditions of solid content of 2%—4%,stirring velocity of 600 r/min,stirring time of 20 min,temperature of 25℃,ultrasonic power and time of 300 W and 15 min,respectively.
