新媒体健康教育在儿童难治性癫痫生酮饮食疗法中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新媒体健康教育运用于儿童难治性癫痫生酮饮食疗法(KDT)的临床效果。方法选择我院2020年1月1日-2021年6月30日诊治的96例难治性癫痫患儿,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组48例。对照组接受传统健康教育的KDT,研究组在传统健康教育基础上接受新媒体健康教育的KDT,分别比较两组患儿KDT治疗3、6个月的依从率、治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果研究组KDT治疗3、6个月的依从率显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=8.400、4.688,P<0.05);研究组KDT治疗3、6个月的有效率显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=6.631、6.235,P<0.05);两组患儿KDT治疗3、6个月的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论新媒体健康教育能有效提高儿童难治性癫痫KDT依从率和有效率,对不良反应发生率无明显影响,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of new media-based health education in ketogenic diet therapy(KDT)for children with refractory epilepsy.Methods We selected 96 children with refractory epilepsy at our hospital from Ja-nuary 1,2020 to June 30,2021.They were divided by a random number table into research group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received KDT based on traditional health education.The research group received KDT based on both traditional health education and new media health education.The two groups were compared in the compliance rate,response rate,and incidence of adverse reactions after three and six months of KDT treatment.Results The compliance rates for three and six months of KDT treatment were significantly higher in the research group than in the control group(χ^(2)=8.400,4.688,P<0.05).The research group showed significantly higher response rates than the control group after three and six months of KDT treatment(χ^(2)=6.631,6.235,P<0.05).No significant differences were observed between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions after three or six months of KDT treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion New media-based health education can effectively improve the compliance rate and response rate of KDT treatment for pediatric refractory epilepsy,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
