摘　　要：促进共同富裕最艰巨、最繁重的任务仍在农村,农村相对贫困治理是打赢脱贫攻坚战后扎实推动共同富裕的重要任务。相对贫困与绝对贫困相区别的“相对性”,根源在于其内在的“社会性”,阻断相对贫困再产生的关键是整体消除产生相对贫困“社会性”的治理能力。在实现共同富裕的进程中,农村相对贫困治理在内容、方法、过程、目标等维度具有新的时代内涵,并在治理主体、治理对象、治理方式、治理成效彼此互作互构过程中协同演化,呈现以破解治理能力不平衡为起点、不断协调优化治理要素、最终消除农村相对贫困的演化逻辑。共同富裕进程中的农村相对贫困治理应以消除农村社会性发展差距为关键,以提升农村治理能力为突破口,以实现乡村全面振兴为支撑。The most arduous task to promote common prosperity still lies in the countryside. The governance of rural relative poverty is an important task to win the battle against poverty and firmly promote common prosperity after the war. The "relativity" that distinguishes relative poverty from absolute poverty is rooted in its inherent "sociality". The key to blocking the re-emergence of relative poverty is to eliminate the governance ability that generates "sociality" of relative poverty as a whole. In the process of achieving common prosperity, the governance of rural relative poverty has new era connotation in such dimensions as content, method, process and goal, and evolves synergistically in the process of interaction and mutual construction of governance subject, governance object, governance mode and governance effect,showing an evolutionary logic that takes breaking the imbalance of governance ability as the starting point,constantly coordinates and optimizes governance elements, and finally eliminates rural relative poverty. In the process of common prosperity, the strategy focus of rural relative poverty governance should be to eliminate the rural social development gap as the key, to improve the rural governance ability as the breakthrough, and to achieve the overall revitalization of the countryside as the support.
