摘  要:黏滑振动严重影响钻柱系统的寿命,延长钻井周期,危及工作人员的安全。针对在钻井工程中由线性扭矩负载和摩阻负载共同作用引发的黏滑振动问题,从影响参数着手分析黏滑振动的抑制规律。首先根据钻柱系统二自由度集中质量模型,考虑钻头与地层间相互作用,建立钻柱系统运动微分方程;然后根据运动微分方程,结合Simulink计算框图,讨论了扭矩、转速、钻头摩阻扭矩以及刚度系数对钻柱黏滑振动特性的影响;最后设计试验平台,在其他参数不变的情况下,针对转速、钻柱与井壁间的摩擦阻力(钻头扭矩)、钻柱刚度系数(钻柱长度)对黏滑振动的影响展开试验,进一步验证理论研究和计算机模拟的正确性。研究结果表明:转速、钻柱与井壁间的摩擦阻力(钻头扭矩)和钻柱刚度系数(钻柱长度)为黏滑振动的主要影响因素;增大顶驱转盘转速、增加钻柱刚度系数、减小钻头摩阻扭矩,可以抑制黏滑振动现象。研究结果对抑制钻柱黏滑振动有一定的借鉴意义。Stick slip vibration seriously affects the life of drill string system,prolongs the drilling cycle,and endangers the safety of staff.In order to solve the problem of stick slip vibration caused by linear torque load and friction load in drilling engineering,the suppression law of stick slip vibration was analyzed from the influencing parameters.Firstly,based on the two-degree-of-freedom(TDOF)lumped mass model of drill string system,considering the interaction between bit and formation,the kinematic differential equation of drill string system was built.Then,based on the kinematic differential equation,and the Simulink calculation block diagram,the influences of torque,rotary speed,bit friction torque and stiffness coefficient on the stick slip vibration of drill string were discussed in detail.Finally,a test platform was designed to test the influences of rotary speed,friction resistance between drill string and sidewall(bit torque),and drill string stiffness coefficient(drill string length)on stick slip vibration under the condition that other parameters remain unchanged,and further verify the correctness of theoretical research and computer simulation.The study results show that the rotary speed,friction resistance between drill string and sidewall(bit torque)and stiffness coefficient of drill string(drill string length)are the main influencing factors of stick slip vibration.Therefore,increasing the rotation speed of rotary table of top drive,increasing the stiffness coefficient of drill string and reducing the friction torque of bit can suppress the stick slip vibration.The study results have certain reference significance for suppressing the stick slip vibration of drill string.
