摘  要:目的 通过基因芯片数据库筛选口腔癌(Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma, OSCC)与口腔黏膜白斑(Oral Leukoplakia, OLK)差异表达基因,用于相关疾病的病历分类管理。方法 从基因芯片数据库提取OLK和OSCC中差异共表达的基因集,利用R语言进行GO注释分析和KEGG通路分析,明确共表达基因集在口腔癌和口腔黏膜白斑中的功能,用于建立差异基因与疾病对应关系的病历管理。结果 从口腔黏膜白斑数据中筛选出上调基因59个,下调基因142个;从口腔癌中筛选出差异表达上调基因69个,下调基因133个,得到共表达的上调基因5个,下调基因25个;经KEGG通路富集分析结果表明,两种疾病的差异表达上调基因与肌醇磷酸代谢、磷脂酰肌醇信号系统、肌动蛋白细胞骨架调控通路有关。其中上调基因和下调基因分别对应患者的基因检测结果,以此进行患者的病历管理。结论 成功筛选口腔癌与口腔黏膜白斑共表达基因,可用于后期临床病历档案管理工作,用于建立口腔癌与口腔黏膜白斑患者的病历管理体系。Objective To screen the different co-expressed genes of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma(OSCC) and Oral Leukoplakia(OLK) through gene array databases and to use them in the classification and management of related diseases.Methods The differentially expressed genes in OLK and OSCC were extracted from the gene array database, and the GO annotation analysis and KEGG pathway analysis were performed using R language to clarify the functions of the co-expressed genes in OLK and OSCC, to establish the medical record management of the corresponding relationship between the differentially expressed genes and diseases.Results Totally 59 up-regulated genes and 142 down-regulated genes were selected from OLK.69 up-regulated genes and 133 down-regulated genes were screened out from OSCC, and 5 up-regulated and 25 down-regulated co-expression genes were obtained. Enrichment analysis of the KEGG pathway showed that the differentially expressed up-regulated genes in the two diseases were related to inositol phosphoric acid metabolism, phosphatidylinositol signaling system, and actin cytoskeleton regulation pathway. Up-regulated genes and down-regulated genes correspond to the genetic test results of patients respectively, to manage the patient’s medical records.Conclusion The successful screening of co-expressed genes of OLK and OSCC can be used in the management of clinical medical records in the later stage and used to establish the medical records management system for OLK and OSCC patients.
