摘 要:基于国际法学天然的涉外属性,双语教学对于该学科发展的影响日益加大。国内各高校相继将开展双语国际法教学提上日程。国际法双语课程的定位是以双语作为手段,以国际法专业知识的学习为主,使在校生的外语水平与学科知识共同进步。在对国际法双语教学模式分析的基础上,依据山西晋中理工学院国际法教学过程中发现的问题和不足,分析解决思路。国际法学科双语教育应适当选取国际法双语教学模式,帮助国际法双语教师增强业务能力,实施分班教学和小班教学,激发学生参与兴趣,完善国际法双语教学考核体系。Based on the natural foreign-related attributes of International Law,the influence of bilingual teaching on the development of this discipline is increasing.Major domestic colleges and universities have successively put bilingual international law teaching on the agenda.The orientation of the bilingual course in international law is to use bilingualism as a means and focus on the study of professional knowledge of international law,so that students'foreign language level and subject knowledge can be improved together.Based on the analysis of International Law bilingual teaching mode,the solution ideas are analyzed in light of the problems and shortcomings found in the process of teaching International Law in Shanxi Jinzhong Institute of Technology.It is proposed that the bilingual education of International Law discipline should appropriately select bilingual teaching mode,help bilingual teachers of international law to enhance their professional ability,implement separate teaching and small-class teaching,stimulate students'interest in participation,and improve the assessment system of International Law bilingual teaching.
