iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的临床效果及美观性观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用效果及其对美观性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月笔者医院收治的68例外伤露髓患者。按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组应用氢氧化钙行活髓切断术,观察组应用iRoot BP Plus行活髓切断术。记录两组基本资料,比较两组修复成功率、修复性钙化桥厚度、疼痛情况、牙齿美观度及基本功能情况。结果:术后3、6、9个月,观察组成功率均高于对照组,观察组修复性钙化桥厚度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3、7 d,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组美观性及功能性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot BP Plus在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中具有良好的临床效果,可促使钙化桥形成,减轻疼痛感,改善牙齿外貌美观及基本功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of iRoot BP Plus in pulpotomy of young permanent teeth and its influence on aesthetics.Methods Total of 68 patients with traumatic dental pulp exposure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group(n=34)and the observation group(n=34).The control group was treated with calcium hydroxide for pulpotomy,and the observation group was treated with iRoot BP Plus for pulpotomy.The basic clinical data of the two groups were record,the success rate of restoration,the thickness of restoration calcified bridge,pain,tooth aesthetics and basic function of the two groups were compared.Results At 3,6 and 9 months after operation,the success rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3,6 and 9 months after operation,the thickness of restoration calcified bridge in the observation group were greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 7 d after operation,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic and functional scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion iRoot BP Plus has a good clinical effect in pulpotomy of young permanent teeth.It can promote the formation of calcified bridges,reduce pain,and improve the appearance and basic functions of teeth,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
