摘　　要：目的:观察比较玻璃纤维桩联合自体断冠再接术和复合树脂直接修复在儿童上前牙冠折自体冠再接中的疗效。方法:选取笔者医院儿童口腔科行上前牙冠折后自体冠再接的75例患者(共75颗患牙)为研究对象,随机分为两组。观察组采用玻璃纤维桩联合自体断冠再接术,对照组采用复合树脂直接修复,比较两组随访18个月的治疗成功率、并发症和患者满意度。结果:术后18个月,观察组成功率85.71%,显著高于对照组的68.57%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗效满意度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩联合自体断冠再接术治疗儿童恒前牙冠折具有较高的应用价值,能够减少并发症的发生、增加患牙的整体强度,可获得较高的满意度。Objective To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of glass fiber post combined with autogenous crown reattachment and composite resin restoration in the treatment of upper anterior tooth crown cracks of children.Methods 75 patients(75 teeth)who underwent crown fracture of upper anterior teeth were selected in the Department of Children’s Stomatology of our hospital,and divided them into two groups randomly.The observation group used glass fiber post combined with autologous crown reattachment,and the control group used composite resin for direct restoration.The treatment success rate,complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared for 18 months.Results The postoperative success rate of the observation group at 18 months after operation was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than 68.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly greater than control group with statistically significant difference.Conclusion The glass fiber post combined with autogenous cracked crown reattachment has high application value in the treatment of permanent anterior tooth crown fracture in children.It can reduce the occurrence of complications,increase the overall strength of the toothwith high satisfaction.
