摘  要:本研究以石油污染土壤为高效除油微生物筛选的来源材料,筛选出两株具有较高降解效率的菌株B016和B069,并进行了形态学观察和分子生物学鉴定。研究发现,B016为假单胞菌属,B069为寡养单胞菌属。同时,设计摇瓶试验,研究B016和B069对石油污泥的除油效果。结果表明,在试验期7 d内,B016和B069对石油污泥的石油类去除率分别为86%和70%,两者混合投加,具有一定的协同促进作用,其去除率可达92%。In this study,petroleum contaminated soil is used as the source material for screening efficient petroleum-removing microorganisms,and two strains B016 and B069 with high degradation efficiency are screened,and morphological observation and molecular biological identification are carried out.It is found that B016 is Pseudomonas sp.and B069 is Stenotrophomonas sp.At the same time,shaking bottle test is designed to study the petroleum-removing effect of B016 and B069 on petroleum sludge.The results show that the petroleum-removing rates of B016 and B069 for petroleum sludge are 86% and 70% respectively within 7 days of the test period,the mixed addition of the two has a certain synergistic effect,and the removal rate can reach 92%.
