摘  要:职称评审是高校教师评价的重要组成部分,直接影响教师的价值判断和行为取向,关系到高层次人才的选拔与师资队伍的稳定。本文运用多重制度逻辑作为问题的分析框架,通过选取36所高校的职称评审制度文件进行文本分析,并结合对样本高校职称评审工作的实践观察,厘清破“五唯”背景下高校职称评价制度改革中关于评审内容、评审主体、评审机制等方面的改革实践,探析破“五唯”背景下高校职称评价制度改革的待破之题,进而提出应强化各主体制度逻辑的共同价值导向,落实立德树人根本任务、加强师德师风建设,构建融合符合各主体制度逻辑的评价体系,探索多元分类的学术同行评价体系,规范职称评审工作监督并完善教师权利的救济机制的政策建议。Professional title evaluation is a significant part of the evaluation system for teachers in colleges and universities, which directly affects the value judgment and behavior orientation for teachers and also associates to high-level talents selection and the stability of the teaching staff. With the multiple institutional logic as the analysis framework, this paper conducts an examination on the professional title evaluation documents of 36 colleges and universities with the practical observation to figure out review contents, review subjects and review mechanism concerning the evaluation of the professional title evaluation system in colleges and universities and explore the crucial problems for the reform practice under the background of breaking the “five principles”. The policy suggestions include strengthening the common value orientation of the logic of each subject system, implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents, strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics and style, constructing an evaluation system that integrates the logic of each subject system, exploring a multi-classified academic peer evaluation system, standardizing the supervision of professional title evaluation, and improving policy recommendations for the relief mechanism for teachers’ rights.
