食品学科研究生课程思政的探索和实践——以北京联合大学为例

摘　　要：大力推进课程思政建设是落实研究生教育立德树人根本任务的重要途径。通过对食品学科专业思政的必要性和研究生课程思政的必要性进行梳理,并以保健食品安全和功能评价实验课程为例,从课程目标、课程内容和考核方式等几方面阐述融入思政元素、构建课程思政体系的实践过程,探索发挥该课程在专业教育中培养德才双修专业人才的作用。Promoting the construction of course-based ideological and political education is an important way to carry out the fundamental task of morality education for postgraduates.This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of“ideological and political education through all majors”in food discipline and of“ideological and political education through all curricula”for postgraduates.Taking the course of Health Food Safety and Function Evaluation Experiment as an example,this paper then expounds the practice of integrating ideological and political elements into the teaching process through the teaching objectives,contents and assessment methods of the course,in order to explore the role of curriculum in cultivating talents with both morality and professional competence for food discipline.
