摘　　要：概述大学物理实验室存在的不良行为,基于管理学上的“破窗效应”理论对不良行为产生的原因及造成后果进行分析,提出相应的解决方案。利用外在因素影响学生,探讨从细节入手,使规范成为习惯,从而创建一个有序、安全和谐的实验教学环境。This paper summarizes the bad behaviors in university physics laboratory, analyzes the causes and consequences of bad behaviors based on the theory of "window breaking effect" in management science, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Using external factors to influence students, the paper discusses how to start with details and make norms become habits, so as to create an orderly, safe and harmonious experimental teaching environment.
