摘　　要：阐述电工实训课程的教学模式设计,产教融合与校企合作、创建一体化电工实训育人系统、推进层次化、差异化、个性化融合模式改革。This paper expounds the teaching mode design of the electrical engineering practical training course, the integration of production and education, the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the creation of an integrated electrical engineering practical training and education system, and the promotion of hierarchical, differentiated and personalized integration mode reform.
