摘　　要：在“互联网+”新时代背景下和“大众创业、万众创新”新形势影响下,大学生已成社会发展的生力军。在就业环境紧缩和高校不断扩招的趋势下,如何培养大学生创新创业能力是高校素质教育中必须面对和解决的关键问题。为此,课题组基于提升“互联网+”新时代背景下工科大学生的创新创业能力,以使得学生在新时代背景下具有更好的升学、就业和创业等多渠道的适应能力为目标,以大学生创新创业训练计划项目为依托,分析目前的研究现状和存在的问题,提出了一种“以赛促练”的创新创业能力培养模式,并在机械大类专业中进行了初步的研究与实践。实践结果表明,基于“以赛促练”创新创业能力培养模式下培养的学生相对于其他专业的学生,普遍具有较强的语言表达和沟通能力,拥有较强的团队合作精神和意识,掌握了科学的学习方法,养成了良好的科研习惯,在就业、考研继续深造等方面具有较强的竞争力。Under the background of the new era of“Internet+”and the influence of the new situation of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,college students has become a new force for social development.Under the trend of tight employment environment and continuous expansion of college enrollment,how to cultivate college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability is a key problem that must be faced and solved in the quality education of colleges and universities.To this end,based on the target of improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of engineering students in the context of the“Internet+”new era,so that students have better adaptability in multiple channels such as enrollment,employment and entrepreneurship in the context of the new era,the research group analyzed the current research situation and existing problems by relying on the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,and proposed a“competition to promote training”innovation and entrepreneurship ability training mode.And preliminary research and practice have been carried out in the major of machinery.The practice results show that,compared with students of other majors,students trained under the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training mode of“competition promotes practice”generally have strong language expression and communication skills,strong team spirit and awareness,master scientific learning methods,develop good research habits,and have strong competitiveness in employment,postgraduate entrance examination and further education.
