摘　　要：目的:探讨掌指背皮神经筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复对手指皮肤缺损患者手指感觉功能的影响。方法:收集2018年1月—2021年2月收治的81例手指皮肤缺损患者,根据手术方式不同分为对照组(40例,常规皮瓣修复术)和观察组(41例,掌指背皮神经筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复术),全部患者术后均接受6个月随访,且病例资料、手术资料等完整,统计并比较两组围术期指标、手指感觉功能及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术耗时短于对照组,手术出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组整体手指感觉功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手指皮肤缺损患者采用掌指背皮神经筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复治疗可缩短手术时间,减少出血量和并发症,利于手指感觉功能恢复。Objective:To observe the effect of palmar phalangeal dorsal cutaneous nerve fascial island flap on the sensory function of finger skin defect patients.Methods:All 81 patients with finger skin defect admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were retrospectively collected and divided into control group(40 cases,conventional flap repair)and study group(41 cases,palmar and phalangeal dorsal skin neurofascial island flap repair)according to different surgical methods.All patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery.The patient data and operation data were complete.The perioperative indicators,finger sensory function and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The operative time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of operative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The overall finger sensory function of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The palmar and phalangeal dorsal cutaneous neurofascial island flap can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of blood loss,help to restore the sensory function of fingers,and reduce the incidence of complications.
