摘  要:目的:研究基于O-AMAS教学模型的课程设计在药学专业本科必修课《药事管理学》的药品知识产权教学内容的设计及效果。方法:以O-AMAS教学模型为基础,结合微信平台翻转课堂的真实案例设计教学,提高学生的学习兴趣及课程参与度。将知识点讲解、案例分析、职业胜任力培养相融合,结合随堂测试及匿名的调查问卷评估教学效果和学生的满意度。结果:重新设计后的药品知识产权的教学内容得到了学生的高度认可,问卷调查支持率高达94.6%。教学目标达标率高,随堂测试的平均正确率为91.7%。结论:将O-AMAS教学模型融入《药事管理学》的课程设计,同时结合微信平台翻转课堂的案例教学,能够增加学生的学习兴趣和参与度,强化学生运用知识解决实际问题的能力,从而提高课程教学效果和质量。Objective:To research the teaching design and effect evaluation based on O-AMAS model in the teaching content of drug intellectual property in the compulsory course"Pharmacy Administration"for undergraduates.Methods:Based on the O-AMAS model,combined with the real case of the flipped classroom on the WeChat platform,the teaching content was designed to improve students'interest in learning process and course participation.It integrates knowledge point explanations,case analysis,and professional competency training,combined with classroom tests and anonymous questionnaires to evaluate teaching effects and student satisfaction.Results:The redesigned teaching content of the drug intellectual property teaching in the course of pharmacy administration was highly recognized by the students,and the support rate in the questionnaire survey was as high as 94.6%.The students'learning compliance rate is high,and the average correct rate of the in-class test is 91.7%.Conclusion:Incorporating the O-AMAS effective teaching model into the course design,combined with the case teaching of the flipped classroom on the WeChat platform,can increase students'interest and participation in learning,and strengthen students'ability to use learned knowledge to solve practical problems.Therefore,it can improve the teaching effect and quality of the course,which has the value of application and promotion in the future teaching.
