摘　　要：分析了新时代大学生的行为习惯与认知特点,从学业指导视角、心理健康教育视角、就业指导视角出发,提出了多视角下大学生培养模式的思路与举措,以期提升大学教育的有效性,促进学生身心健康发展,助力学生顺利就业。The study analyzes the behavior habit and cognition characteristics of college students in the new era,and proposes thinking path and measures of the cultivation mode of college students from multiple perspectives,such as academic guidance,psychological health education,and employment guidance perspective,to promote the effectiveness of college education,improve students’psychological health development,and assist students with smooth employment.
