区域经济一体化时代苏南地区高职教育生态圈发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,在教育生态学理论方面已经开始着重研究教育生态的平衡性、失调性、良性循环、竞争机制等,从教育工作自身和外部环境之间的复杂关系角度入手研究相关教育要素生态平衡性问题。而在长三角区域范围的经济一体化发展过程中,高职院校的教育工作中是否可以营造较为良好的生态环境已经成为当前首要应对的复杂问题,高职院校在教学领域中除了要促使区域经济发展,还应考虑到苏南地区的区域经济一体化的需求,完善教育生态圈。为探索出最佳的措施,下文分析苏南地区的区域经济一体化情况,研究当前苏南地区高职教育生态圈的现状,提出几点平衡教育生态结构的建议,旨在为苏南地区的高职教育生态圈的良好发展和建设提供帮助。In recent years,educational ecology theory has begun to focus on the balance and imbalance of educational ecology.From the perspective of the complex relationship between education itself and the external environment,this paper studies the ecological balance of relevant educational elements.In the process of economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta region,whether the higher vocational colleges can create a better ecological environment has become the most important complex problem to deal with.In the field of teaching,vocational colleges should not only promote the development of regional economy,but also take into account the needs of regional economic integration in southern Jiangsu,and improve the education ecosystem.In order to explore the best measures,the following analyzes the regional economic integration in southern Jiangsu,studies the current situation of higher vocational education ecosystem in southern Jiangsu,and puts forward some suggestions to balance the ecological structure of education,aiming to provide help for the good development and construction of higher vocational education ecosystem in southern Jiangsu.
