摘  要:因为工匠应用型人才是我国经济发展的客观需求,也是社会发展的必然要求,故此高校在制定人才培养方案之时应将培育工匠精神优先考虑在内,并做到切切实实的渗透于师生的学习、生活、工作之中,由于人才培养涵盖内容极为广泛,所以基于这样的前提下,项目组有侧重点的针对高校设计专业中工匠应用型人才培养模式下的培养目标、过程、制度、评价等内容进行综合改革,同时查阅国内外相关资料,对省内外同类院校进行调研,经过小组研讨与修改后,形成了最终的、成熟的、完整的、系统的艺术类设计专业“三涵四维多融”混合递进式工匠应用型人才培养模式的改革方案,以期能为国家、社会培养出一批具有科学思维价值、扎实理论基础、娴熟专业技能的复合型人才和为高等教育的发展提供坚实的理论支撑和实践引导。Because the craftsman application-oriented talents are the objective needs of China's economic development,and also the inevitable requirements of social development,colleges and universities should give priority to the cultivation of craftsman spirit when formulating talent training programs,and make sure that it can penetrate into the study,life and work of teachers and students.Because the content of talent training is very wide,so based on this premise,the project group focuses on the comprehensive reform of the training objectives,process,system,evaluation and other contents under the training mode of craftsman application-oriented talents in the design specialty of colleges and universities in Colleges and universities.At the same time,the relevant information at home and abroad is consulted,and the similar colleges and universities inside and outside the province are investigated.After the group discussion and modification,the final,mature,complete and systematic art design specialty is formed.In order to cultivate a group of compound talents with scientific thinking value,solid theoretical basis,skilled professional skills,and provide a solid theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of higher education.
