摘  要:高校教师的角色定位与师生关系之间存在着密切联系,而师生关系也是教育过程中最重要和最基本的人际关系。“后喻文化”时代的来临,让高校教师的角色定位和传统的师生关系都受到了很大程度的冲击,现代文化随着社会生产力的发展而不断改变,影响着当前教师角色的形态和特点。因此从文化视野角度研究高校教师的角色定位,重新审视师生关系,能够有效改善现代教育的水平和质量。There is a close relationship between the role orientation of university teachers and the relationship between teachers and students,which is also the most important and basic interpersonal relationship in the process of education.With the advent of the era of post figurative culture,the role orientation of university teachers and the traditional relationship between teachers and students have been greatly impacted.With the development of social productivity,modern culture is constantly changing,affecting the shape and characteristics of the current role of teachers.Therefore,studying the role orientation of university teachers from the perspective of culture and re-examining the relationship between teachers and students can effectively improve the level and quality of modern education.
