摘　　要：该文通过问卷调查的方式,对医学本科留学生实习情况进行探究,总结出留学生实习期间存在的问题,包括语言交流困难、师资力量薄弱、教学方法落后等方面,并提出针对性的解决措施。力求通过创新教学模式、加强带教教师选拔与培训、落实人性化管理等方式,使实习带教师资力量得以强化,留学生的中文水平、医患交流能力、专业技能与综合素质得到全面提升。Through questionnaire survey,this paper explores the internship situation of medical undergraduate students,summarizes the problems existing during the internship,including language communication difficulties,weak teachers,backward teaching methods,and puts forward targeted solutions.Through innovating teaching mode,strengthening the selection and training of teaching teachers,and implementing humanized management,the quality of internship teachers can be strengthened,and the Chinese level,doctor-patient communication ability,professional skills and comprehensive quality of international students can be comprehensively improved.
