摘　　要：学生社区是当代大学生重要的学习、生活场所,在“三全育人”格局下,学生社区是重要德育阵地。高校如何利用学生社区开展好德育工作是亟待解决的问题。该文在分析学生社区德育工作内涵、学生社区德育工作原则的基础上,以重庆理工大学“士继书院”学生社区为模型,构建以专职学工队伍为核心,以团学组织、学生党支部、士继管家为团队的学生社区德育工作体系,提升了学生社区德育工作效能。Student community is the main living place for contemporary college students.Under the circumstance of"three complete education",the moral education advantages of student community are being gradually important.How to increasing the efficiency of moral education in students'community has becoming an urgent problem.On the basis of fully analyzing the connotation and principles of moral education in student community,this paper analyzes the system of moral education in student community by taking"Shiji academy"of Chongqing University of science and technology as the model.Through the construction of a full-time student team as the core,the Youth League organization,student party branch,Shiji housekeeper as the team,and"Shiji academy"student community as the carrier,the system can significantly improve the efficiency of moral education.
