摘　　要：随着社会多元化,高校突发事件种类和数量增多。高校面临的压力除了学校内部,还有家长、社会公众的关注。在学生管理工作中,除了日常管理机制,还需要更多人文关怀。高校要落实德育的机制,把德育教育理论从宏观理论运用到微观班级组织、团学组织管理中,带领学生干部群体做好对思想政治教育工作的积极引导,优化心理帮扶体系,提升对校园突发事件的应变能力,保障学生的心理健康和身体健康,带动学生思政工作创新。实现在突发事件中对舆情的正面引导,更好的落实人文关怀。With diversified society,colleges and universities emergencies type and quantity increase,The"disease",colleges and universities are faced with the pressure inside,in addition to the school and parents,social public concern.In the management of students,in addition to the daily management mechanism,more people need to ask and care,implement the mechanism of moral education,apply moral education from the macro theory to the micro class organization,league and school organization management and guidance,lead the backbone of students to do a good job of ideological and political education guidance,optimize the psychological support system,improve the ability to respond to campus emergencies,ensure the psychological health and physical health of students,and drive the innovation of student work mechanism.Implementation of positive guidance for emergency better implementation of humanistic care.
