超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术对糖尿病合并白内障患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探究超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术对糖尿病合并白内障患者的疗效。方法 选择2020年3月—2022年3月福建宁德古田县同仁医院100例糖尿病合并白内障患者进行分组治疗,使用随机分配法将其分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组进行小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术,研究组在此基础上进行超声乳化吸出。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的临床疗效、生活质量及视觉平均值高于对照组,并发症发生率、住院时间及过敏原检查CCD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病合并白内障患者进行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术可有效提高其疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation on diabetic patients with cataract.Methods 100 patients with diabetes and cataract in Tongren Hospital of Gutian County from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected for group treatment.They were divided into the control group(50 cases) and the study group(50 cases) by random assignment method.The control group underwent small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and the study group underwent phacoemulsification on this basis.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy,quality of life and average visual value of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications,hospitalization time and allergy test(CCD) were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in diabetic patients with cataract can effectively improve the curative effect.
