摘　　要：为了解移动媒体对播音主持行业带来的影响,介绍了移动媒体发展历程,指出了其对播音主持行业的积极影响。其可以为播音主持行业输送更多的人才,促进播音主持行业的语言个性化,推动新闻播报方式的多元化发展,使得受众群体逐渐转为年轻人。但其对传统播音主持行业产生了一定的冲击,从业人员的专业素养有待提升。提出了移动媒体环境下播音主持行业的发展对策:加强创新,打造个性化发展道路,深层次挖掘移动媒体的优势,提高人员的专业素养与能力。应抓住移动媒体带来的机遇,不断提高自身专业知识水平,积累工作经验,打造独具特色的个人品牌,将更多高质量的节目呈现给大众,向大众传递正确的价值观与世界观,促进播音主持行业的健康长远发展。In order to know the influence of mobile media on broadcasting and hosting industry,the study introduces the development history of mobile media,and points out its positive influence on broadcasting and hosting.Mobile media can transfer more talents for broadcasting and hosting,promote the language individuality of broadcasting and hosting industry,drive the diversified development of news broadcasting method,and make audiences become young people.But mobile media has brought certain challenges for traditional broadcasting and hosting industry,and practitioners’professional literacy needs to be improved.Then the study proposes the development countermeasures for broadcasting and hosting industry under mobile media environment,i.e.to promote innovation,create individualized development path,deeply explore the advantages of mobile media,and improve the staff’s professional literacy and ability.It is necessary to grasp the opportunity of mobile media,continuously improve self professional knowledge level,accumulate working experience,create unique personal brand,present more high qualified programs for the public,and transfer correct value and world view for the public,to promote the healthy and long-term development of broadcasting and hosting industry.
