摘  要:世界第一条高寒高铁(哈大高铁)的贯通需要大量运营和维护高寒高铁的技术技能人才。高寒高铁具有辐射面积广、工作强度大、多系统联动的特点,对技术技能人才在意志力、纪律性和身体素质等方面具有特殊要求。吉林铁道职业技术学院围绕高寒高铁“六铁一全”特色人才培育目标,厘清人才培育模式构建逻辑,确定人才培育模式目标定位,探索人才培育模式实践路径,凝炼了高寒高铁“六铁一全”特色人才的“三准对接、四堂联动、五阶递进、六站合育”的培育模式,展现出高质量特色人才培育的创新成效。The completion of the world’s first alpine high-speed railway(Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway)requires a large number of technical talents in the operation and maintenance of alpine high-speed railways.The alpine high-speed railway has the characteristics of wide radiation area,high work intensity and multi-system linkage,and has special requirements for technical talents in terms of willpower,discipline and physical quality.Jilin Railway Technology College focuses on the“six aspects of persistence and comprehensive development”characteristic talent cultivation goal of alpine high-speed railway,clarifies the construction logic of talent cultivation mode,determines the target positioning of talent cultivation mode,explores the practice path of talent cultivation mode,and condenses the“six aspects of persistence and comprehensive development”,adheres to the cultivation mode of“three-standard docking,four-class linkage,five-level progression,and six-station combined education”of characteristic talents,showing the innovative effect of high-quality characteristic talents cultivation.
