工业共生背景下供应链减排投资与定价的策略研究

摘　　要：基于废弃物供应商和制造商组成的工业共生供应链,构建了考虑排放权交易背景下供应链是否减排投资的集中式决策、分散式决策和两部定价契约模型,并通过仿真探讨了不同决策模式下消费者价格敏感系数、排放权交易价格以及减排成本系数,对废弃物利用、制造商碳排放以及收益等的影响。研究表明,与分散式决策相比,在减排投资集中式决策下,随着排放权交易价格的上升,废弃物利用量更多、碳排放更少以及产品价格更具竞争优势,制造商减排投资不仅促进了废弃物循环使用,还减少了制造商的碳排放,增加了供应链整体利润,实现了工业共生供应链经济和环境的协调发展,并且分散式决策在两部定价契约下实现了与集中式决策相同的效果。An industrial symbiosis composed of a waste supplier and a manufacturer is constructed, and under the emissions trading policy, the centralized and decentralized decision-making models with/without emissions reduction investment are explored. And a two-part pricing contract model is introduced to coordinate the supply chain. The impact of the price sensitivity coefficient, emissions trading price and emissions reduction cost coefficient on waste utilization, the manufacturer’s carbon emissions and profits under different models is discussed by simulation. The results show that compared with the decentralized decision-making model, the centralized model with emissions reduction investment leads to more waste utilization, lower carbon emissions and more competitive product price as the emissions trading price increases. The industrial symbiosis with emissions reduction investment not only promotes waste recycling, but also reduces the manufacturer’s carbon emissions and increases overall profits of the supply chain, which achieves a harmonious development between the economy and the environment. Meanwhile, the decentralized decision-making model gains the same results as the centralized model under a two-part pricing contract.
