冷氢化旋风外排硅粉成分研究

摘　　要：以冷氢化外排硅粉为原料,依次经过盐酸、氢氟酸、氢氟酸+硝酸处理,再烘干后计算差值,利用ICP-OES检测金属元素的方法测定出硅粉中的金属氯化物、二氧化硅和金属杂质等的含量。研究了外排硅粉经氢氟酸+硝酸处理后剩余酸不溶物的成分,通过XRD检测发现酸不溶物中含有碳化硅成分。通过对外排硅粉组成成分的判定,可以为冷氢化工艺改进提供数据支撑,为外排硅粉的进一步提纯加工提供参考。In this paper,the cold hydrogenated effluent silicon powder was treated with hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid,hydrofluoric acid/nitric acid in turn,and then dried to calculate the difference.Based on this,the composition of residual acid insoluble matter of discharged silicon powder treated with hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid was studied.Silicon carbide was found in the acid insoluble matter by XRD detection.Through this work,it can provide data support for the improvement of cold hydrogenation process and provide reference for the further purification of discharged silicon powder.
