乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁与夫妻支持应对之间的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁与夫妻支持应对现状,探讨其相互之间的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、夫妻支持应对量表(DCI)对170例女性乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:乳腺癌患者焦虑得分和抑郁得分分别为5(3,8)分和4(2,6.5)分;乳腺癌夫妻支持应对得分为(127.21±14.75)分;多重线性回归分析显示:家庭人均月收入、工作情况和抑郁是乳腺癌患者夫妻支持应对现状的影响因素(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者夫妻支持应对各维度及总分与焦虑、抑郁均呈负相关(r=-0.114~-0.219,r=-0.212;r=-0.245~-0.415,r=-0.396,均P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者存在焦虑抑郁情绪,夫妻支持应对水平处于中等偏上,乳腺癌患者焦虑抑郁与夫妻支持应对呈负相关;即夫妻支持应对状态越佳,患者焦虑抑郁情绪越少,提示医护工作者应开展与健康相关的积极行为,鼓励患者夫妻双方表露心声,提高夫妻支持应对水平。Objective:To understand the status quo of anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients and couples'support and coping,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods:The general information questionnaire,the Hospital anxiety and depress scale(HADS),and the Dyadic Coping Inventory(DCI)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 170 female breast cancer patients.Results:The anxiety score and depression score of breast cancer patients were 5(3,8)points and 4(2,6.5)points respectively;the breast cancer couple’s support coping score was(127.21±14.75)points;Monthly income,work situation and depression were the influencing factors of the status quo of couples'support and coping in breast cancer patients(P<0.05);each dimension and total score of couples'support and coping in breast cancer patients were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(r=-0.114~-0.219,r=-0.212;r=-0.245~-0.415,r=-0.396,all P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast cancer patients have anxiety and depression,and the level of couples'support and coping is at the upper middle level.There is a negative correlation between anxiety and depression in breast cancer patients and couples’support and coping.Patients should carry out positive health-related behaviors,encourage couples to express their voices,and improve the level of couples'support and coping.
