摘  要:目的:调查学生对老年护理专业课程的学习需求,探讨本科院校应用型老年护理专业课程的设置和教学方法。方法:采取整群抽样的方法,对本校60名老年护理专业学生进行问卷调查和线上集中讨论,了解学生对所学课程的看法,以及具体课程的教学要求,为本科院校老年护理专业课程设置及教学方法提供依据。结果:学生对临床护理课程和中医护理课程比较重视,对人文素养课程的重要性认识不足。学生对不同课程的教学有不同的要求。结论:学生需要正确认识老年护理的课程要求,授课教师需要根据学生特点和课程性质来设计教学方法和筛选教学内容。Objective:To investigate the learning needs of students for geriatric nursing courses,and to discuss the raining strategy of applied geriatric nursing professional in undergraduate colleges.Method:Using the method of cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey and online discussion were conducted among 60 elderly nursing students in our school to understand the students'views on the courses learned and the teaching requirements of specific courses,so as to provide basis for the curriculum and teaching methods of geriatric nursing in undergraduate colleges.Results:Students pay more attention to clinical nursing courses and traditional Chinese medicine nursing courses,and lack of understanding of the importance of humanistic quality courses.Students have different requirements for the teaching of different courses.Conclusion:Students need to correctly understand the curriculum requirements of elderly nursing.Teachers need to design teaching methods and screen teaching contents according to students'characteristics and course nature.
