摘  要:临床超声检查前医生需识别患者的身份信息,而人工干预患者信息常会导致错误发生。文中依托DICOM服务对象类(DICOM SOP Class)中提供的存储服务类(Storage Service Class)元素,将信息系统与超声设备的患者信息进行交互,完成从服务器端到超声设备端的配置,通过信息系统建立患者数据闭环,从而减少因人工干预导致的错误。Worklist功能的运用,大大降低了因人工干预患者信息导致的不匹配错误,错误率从6.1%降至0.73%。Worklist能有效地对患者信息进行识别与标记,降低了识别的错误率,有助于后续科研信息归档。Doctors need to identify and manually intervene in patient identity information before clinical ultrasound examinations. This workflow can cause patient information mismatch. In order to solve this issue,the study investigated the configuration from the server to the ultrasound equipment and establishment of closed loop of patient data via interaction between the information system and the patient information in the ultrasound equipment. This technique was implemented via the storage service class element provided by DICOM service object pair class. The use of the Worklist function greatly reduces the error rate from 6.1% to 0.73%. Worklist can effectively identify and mark patient information,reduce the recognition error rate,and help the subsequent filing of scientific research information.
