摘  要:采用随机前沿分析方法对2006—2017年中国188个地级市的能源利用效率进行测算,利用分位数回归模型探究效率差异视角下城市能源效率的影响因素。结果表明,研究期间城市能源效率的平均水平略有下降。其中,长三角城市群和珠三角城市群的能源效率高于全国平均水平,京津冀城市群的能源效率低于全国平均水平。能源效率影响因素的分位数回归结果显示,产业结构、城镇化水平和科技支出阻碍了城市能源效率提升,经济水平和对外开放促进了城市能源效率提升。各因素对能源效率的影响程度表现出明显的分位异质性,且不同因素对能源效率变化的边际贡献随着分位数的提高而不同程度地降低。This study calculated energy efficiency of 188 Chinese cities in 2006-2017 using stochastic frontier analysis, and then identified main drivers of energy efficiency based on quantile regression from the perspective of efficiency disparity. The empirical results showed that the national energy efficiency presented a slight decreasing trend. Energy efficiency in the Yangtze River and Pearl River Delta was higher than that of the national average, whereas that in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region was lower than the national average. In addition, the quantile regression results of influencing factors of energy efficiency showed that industrial structure, urbanization level and spending on research and development inhibited energy efficiency improvement, while economic development and trade openness enhanced energy efficiency. Moreover, influencing factors presented significant heterogenous effect on energy efficiency, and the marginal contribution of different factors to energy efficiency decreased to different degrees with the quantile increasing.
