摘　　要：目的:检验成人执行功能自评量表在中国青少年群体中的信、效度。方法:采用成人执行功能自评量表、工作记忆操着广度任务和Go/NoGo任务对741名14-18岁的青少年施测,得到有效问卷680份(样本1),实验任务数据306个(样本2)。间隔一个月后对样本中的420名青少年进行重测。结果:验证性因素分析的结果显示,成人执行功能自评量表较好地拟合于二因素模型(工作记忆和抑制能力),χ2/df=2.013,GFI=0.968,CFI=0.956,TLI=0.951,RMSEA=0.039。同时工作记忆分量表和抑制能力分量具有较高的内部一致性信度(0.73-0.80),一个月之后的重测信度为0.77-0.78。此外,该量表与工作记忆操作广度任务各维度得分和Go/NoGo任务各项指标具有显著相关(r=-0.184-0.723,P<0.01)。结论:成人执行功能自评量表中文版具有良好的信效度,适宜在中国青少年群体中使用。Objective:The goal of this research was to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Adult Executive Functioning Inventory-Self(ADEXI)in Chinese adolescents.Methods:The 741 Chinese adolescents aged 14-18 were tested with the ADEXI,Automated Operation Span Task(Aospan)and Go/NoGo task.680 valid questionnaires(sample 1)and 306 experimental task data(Sample 2)were obtained.420 Chinese adolescents were followed to complete the Chinese version of ADEXI after a month for the test-retest reliability.Results:The two-factor model fitted well(χ2/df=2.013,GFI=0.968,CFI=0.956,TLI=0.951,RMSEA=0.039).Two subscales(working memory and inhibition)demonstrated acceptable internal reliability(0.73-0.80),and test-retest reliability(0.77-0.78)during a month interval among a small sub⁃sample.In the Chinese version of the ADEXI,Working memory was correlated with Aospan score;Inhibition was correlated with Go/NoGo task score(r=-0.184-0.723,P<0.01).Conclusion:The Chinese version of the ADEXI has acceptable reli⁃ability and validity among Chinese adolescents.
