随访方式对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者康复自我管理效能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析采用微信随访和入户随访对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者运动锻炼自我管理效能的影响。方法对首次确诊急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者出院后居家康复锻炼情况进行调查,对进行定期入户随访的对照组和进行微信随访的试验组的效果进行统计和分析。分别收集两组患者自评中文版运动锻炼自我效能感量表、偏瘫肢体肌力评估和自理能力评估。结果根据收集资料进行汇总分析,2种随访方式对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者完成康复运动锻炼计划均有积极的促进作用,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过微信随访,患者也能获得更高的运动锻炼自我管理效能,有利于提升康复效果和自我照顾能力,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of wechat follow-up and household follow-up on exercise self-management efficacy of hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The home rehabilitation exercise of hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed for the first time after discharge was investigated.The control group and the experimental group with regular home visit and Wechat follow-up were statistically analyzed.The Chinese version of self-assessment exercise self-efficacy scale,hemiplegic limb muscle strength assessment and self-care ability assessment were collected.Results According to the collected data,the two follow-up methods had a positive effect on the completion of rehabilitation exercise program for patients with acute stroke hemiplegia.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through Wechat follow-up,patients can also obtain higher self-management efficacy of exercise,which is conducive to improving rehabilitation effect,self-care ability and quality of life.
