视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2020年12月襄阳爱尔眼科医院收治的108例屈光性弱视患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为常规组和治疗组,各54例。常规组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规组的基础上给予视觉训练系统治疗。比较两组临床指标、双眼调节[调节幅度(AMP)、负相对调节(NRA)]、双眼融象情况。结果:治疗组AMP、NRA高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组视力进步平均时间、治愈时间、立体视觉恢复时间均短于常规组,视觉敏感度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组双眼融象情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,治疗组双眼融象正常率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视患儿,可提高其双眼调节功能,改善临床指标,治疗效果较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of visual training system in the treatment of refractive amblyopia.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2020,108 children with refractive amblyopia in Xiangyang AIER Eye Hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into conventional group and treatment group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given visual training system treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical indicators,binocular modulation[adjustment amplitude(AMP),negative relative adjustment(NRA)]and binocular fusion image in two groups were compared.Results:The AMP and NRA in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average time of visual improvement,cure time and stereo vision recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the visual sensitivity was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the binocular fusion image(P>0.05);After the intervention,the normal rate of binocular fusion image in the treatment group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The visual training system in treatment of children with refractive amblyopia can improve the binocular adjustment function and clinical indicators,and the treatment effect is good.
