摘  要:文中以妥尔油脂肪酸和甘油、丙-1,2-二醇和丙1,3-二醇为主要原料通过酯化反应合成了不同的羧酸酯类化合物,考察了温度(携水剂)、催化剂的种类和添加量、反应时间、醇和酸的比例、携水剂对酯化反应的影响,通过红外光谱和色质联用方法对产物进行了表征,并对其抗磨性能进行了评价。当催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸、其加入量为酸和醇总质量的0.8%、反应时间是6 h、酸和醇的物质的量的比值为1.06时,反应效果最好。与油酸单甘油酯相比,在相同添加量下妥尔油脂肪酸酯与油酸酯的抗磨效果相当,其加入量为200μg/g时,可满足磨痕直径不大于420μm的要求。In this paper,different carboxylic ester compounds were synthesized by esterification reaction with fatty acid of tall oil and glycerol,propane-1,2-diol and propane-1,3-diol as main raw materials.The effects of temperature(water-carrying agent),type and amount of catalyst,reaction time,ratio of alcohol and acid,and water-carrying agent on esterification reaction were investigated.The products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and chromatography-mass spectrometry,and their antiwear properties were evaluated.When the catalyst is p-methyl benzenesulfonic acid,its addition amount was 0.8%of the total mass of acid and alcohol,reaction time was 6h,the ratio of the amount of acid and alcohol substance was 1.06,the effect was the best.Compared with oleic acid monotriglyceride,the antiwear effect of tall oil fatty acid ester and oleic acid ester was similar at the same addition amount.When the addition amount of tall oil fatty acid ester was 200μg/g,the wear diameter was not greater than 420μm.
