摘　　要：安徽省是我国华东地区野生食用菌资源最为丰富的地区之一。食用菌产业已经逐渐成为安徽省特色农业产业新的发展增长点。通过梳理安徽省食用菌产业的发展历史,分析安徽的产业发展潜力与优势,并对发展现状及存在的关键问题进行阐述,提出了包括加强种质资源建设、人才队伍建设和品牌建设等在内的产业发展思路和建议。Anhui Province is one of major distribution provinces of wild edible fungi resources in eastern China.At present,the edible fungi has gradually become a new development and growth point of characteristic agriculture in Anhui Province.By combing the development history of edible fungi industry in Anhui Province,this paper analyzed the industrial development potential and advantages of Anhui Province,expounds the development status and key problems,and puts forward industrial development ideas and suggestions including strengthening the construction of germplasm resources,talent team and brand.
